    We rang for technical information a couple of times this week and from the photos we sent the technical team discovered the control box was incorrectly wired so was causing a fault. It did take some time to rectify as wires had to be removed from one point and connected to another. The team were excellent in sorting the problem, which was not of his making! they went beyond the care you normally get from the majority of companies of after sales support. Thank you so much, we really appreciated your support.

    Great initial service and customer support, also great technical support from Louis, when I was required to make some alterations to the gate settings, several months after my initial purchase.

    Ordered an underground gate system back in October. All items delivered on time and as per order. We have now finished the building project and in the process of installing the gates. We got a bit stuck through the process and called the technical help line and a very friendly technician helped me through the problem. Excellent service.
